Please allow 1 to 2 business days to process your order with 7 to 10 business days for delivery. Pending on stock availability, delivery times may be longer. You may contact us via email or by phone at 1-866-487-4784 for an approximate delivery date, iif you need your order shipped by a sspecific carrier or you need your order expedited for an additional charge. Shipping Prices:
Shipping prices displayed in our shopping cart are for the lower 48 states provided by the "Best Way" Carrier. Please contact us for shipping rates to Alaska, Hawaii, and International destinations.

If during the first 30 days, (on accessory items) which are not performing to your expectations, please contact us so that we can provide correction, replacement, or a refund. ALL equipment must be returned in its original box and must be in its original condition. This guarantee is offered to end-users only. Radios, Sky Probes Antenna and Special/Custom order items and software are not included. Please contact us prior to returning your item/equipment for an RMA number. Unless prior arrangements have been made, ALL return shipping costs are at the purchasers expense.

Damage Policy:
If any item that is received damaged, broken and/or inoperable, return the item within 7 days in its original box for an exchange of the same or similar item. If the item returned is not in the condition as received, NO exchange or refund will be granted.
